Drug detoxification is a serious matter that if not managed correctly, can prove to be life threatening. Because of this, Lakeview has designed a “state of the art” drug detox center for its patients. This medically driven inpatient drug detox was created to provide our patients with the highest quality of care available today. There is no need to suffer while in our detox. All Detox and Treatment Services Are Not the Same

Today, there are many drug rehabs that do not even have there own drug detoxification programs. Research has demonstrated this type of treatment design has resulted in a lower than average success rate. That being said, many of the rehabs that do have their own detox program onsite, have physicians managing detox that are not trained in addiction medicine. Secondly and most important, the drug detox at Lakeview is directed by board certified physicians trained in addiction medicine. The training and credentialing is provided by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (A.S.A.M.).  Lastly, the patients in drug and alcohol detox are provided with 24 hour nursing and a support staff capable of providing effective intervention services for those individuals struggling in detox.
